Value Added Courses (VACs)

College Emblem

Value Added Courses (VACs) are conducted after regular class hours to help students hone speciic skills that complement their academic programme. These courses aim to enhance the employability, technical proiciency, and practical knowledge of students in their respective ields. VACs include a mix of internal and external evaluation components, and are delivered through lectures, hands-on training, and project-based learning. At the end of each course, students appear for a Certiicate Examination. These courses were previously offered under the name Career Oriented Courses (COCs), but have since been upgraded in structure and renamed as Value Added Courses. Upon successful completion, students are awarded a Certiicate issued by the Institution, recognizing their participation and achievement in the course. This certi icate adds value to their academic proile and enhances career prospects.
